Real-time visibility and automated workflows, built to fit your clinic from day one.
One journey, drawn end to end.
- Book: Patients scan a QR code and book as a guest: no app, no login. Or walk in to the clinic and ask for an appointment, same as always.
- Check in: Staff confirm arrival with one tap and the patient joins the live queue instantly. Walk-ins are fitted in fairly around existing bookings, no re-sorting by hand.
- Consult: The doctor calls next at their own pace, one tap moves the queue forward. The waiting-room display and every remaining patient's estimate update instantly.
- Record & track: Staff record the cash payment; patients track their place from anywhere. Visits are saved and can be noted by the doctor, so the next one starts from the full picture.
- Smart queue: One live queue per doctor. Booked patients keep their place, walk-ins get slotted in fairly, and everyone sees it update in real time.
- Booking portal: Patients book themselves in seconds by scanning a QR code. No account, no app, nothing to install.
- Waiting-room display: Put a screen on the wall and the whole room can see who's next, with a chime, so no one has to listen for their name.
- Staff & schedules: Owners create every account and set what each service costs. Every doctor runs their own week: hours, time off, queue order, and online-booking rules, all from their own profile.
- Payment recording: Every consultation gets a payment record automatically. Staff just mark it paid once the cash is collected.
- Multi-language: Arabic, French, or English, built in from day one, not bolted on later.
- Clinic dashboard: A live snapshot of your clinic's day: revenue, no-shows, and how each doctor is pacing, updated as it happens.
- Patient profiles: One shared profile per patient, key health notes included, so any staff member has the full picture without re-asking.
- Owner / Admin: Owns the clinic and can do anything a Doctor or Staff member can — plus setup and oversight.
- Doctor: Works their own live queue at their own pace — Call Next, No-Show, overrides, and notes.
- Staff: Checks patients in, records walk-ins and cash, and keeps the whole clinic queue readable.
- Patient: Books by QR as a guest and tracks their place — no account, no app to install.
Questions about the product
Does this work for a solo doctor, or only clinics with several doctors?
Both. A solo clinic runs on the same product as a shared clinic with multiple doctors. In a solo clinic, the owner is usually also the doctor, so that one role covers both.
Do patients need to create an account or download an app?
No. Patients scan a QR code or open a link, book as a guest, and track their place with just their Queue ID. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
What if someone shows up without booking ahead?
Staff add them as a walk-in with one tap. They're fitted into the queue fairly alongside patients who booked ahead, nobody has to re-sort a list by hand.
Is this a medical records system, like an EMR?
No. Patient profiles hold contact details, key health notes like allergies, and a visit history so the team doesn't have to re-ask, but it's not a full medical record or prescription system.
How do payments work? Do you support cards or online payment?
Cash only, for now. Staff mark a payment as received at the desk once cash changes hands. There's no card reader and no online gateway.
Can my team work in Arabic or French, not just English?
Yes. Arabic, French, and English are all built in, and Arabic runs properly right-to-left throughout the product, not just the text.
Does the waiting-room display need special hardware?
No. Any TV or monitor in the waiting room can run it. If the connection drops for a moment, it keeps showing the last known queue instead of going blank.
Does the dashboard show reports or trends over time?
It shows today only: revenue, no-shows, and how each doctor is pacing, updated as it happens. There's no historical export or trend chart, by design.
Is my clinic's data kept separate from other clinics on RahateQ?
Yes. Every clinic is fully isolated from every other clinic on the platform; no user or doctor can see another clinic's patients, queue, or data.
Can an urgent patient be moved ahead in the queue?
Yes. Staff or the doctor can apply a priority override, Emergency, Elder, or Special Need, up to 3 per queue per day, and it's always shown with a reason tag so it's never a silent jump.
