Owner / Admin

Owns the clinic and can do anything a Doctor or Staff member can — plus setup and oversight.

The Admin is the clinic owner: they set up the clinic, create every team account, and can perform any action in the system — a full superset of Doctor and Staff capabilities.

Set up and edit the clinic profile.
Create, edit, and deactivate Doctor and Staff accounts, delivering credentials manually.
Configure each doctor’s weekly schedule (shift days + times).
Manage clinic services and default pricing.
Set each doctor’s daily maximum queue size.
View subscription status and submit renewal requests.
Generate or reset the booking QR code and the Waiting Room Display password.
Do everything a Doctor and Staff member can do (Admin ⊇ Doctor ⊇ Staff).
