Payment recording

Every consultation gets a payment record automatically. Staff just mark it paid once the cash is collected.

When a doctor finishes with a patient, RahateQ creates the payment record for you automatically, at the right price. No one has to remember to add it. It sits as pending until staff (or the doctor) mark it paid at the desk, so nothing falls through the cracks and there's always a clear record of what came in.

A consultation ending automatically creates a pending payment, nothing to enter by hand.
Staff mark it paid once cash is collected, and the record keeps who did it and when.
A doctor can mark a payment paid directly too, if that's simpler.
Staff can pull up the day's pending payments as a simple list.
