Smart queue
One live queue per doctor. Booked patients keep their place, walk-ins get slotted in fairly, and everyone sees it update in real time.
Most clinics run their queue with an appointment book, a receptionist calling names, and a bit of hope. Patients have no real idea how long they'll wait, can't step out without risking their spot, and the front desk is stretched between the phone, check-ins, and keeping the room moving.
RahateQ replaces the paper and the guesswork with one live queue per doctor. Bookings hold their place, walk-ins are fitted in fairly around them, and an urgent case can be moved up when it genuinely needs to be. The doctor moves things forward with a single tap: call the next patient, mark a no-show, or wrap up a consultation. The whole clinic sees the same order, instantly.
- Your clinic sets the order: bookings can hold a place ahead of walk-ins, or everyone can be seen as they arrive. A same-day booking still counts as a real booking either way.
- Staff or the doctor can bump an urgent case up the queue when it genuinely can't wait.
- Patients see an estimated wait window based on their position and how the day is actually going, not a fixed guess.
- One tap resolves the current patient: begin their consultation or mark them a no-show, and the queue moves on.
