Booking an appointment usually means calling the clinic during opening hours and hoping someone picks up, or just showing up and hoping there's room.

With RahateQ, patients scan a QR code or open a link, pick a doctor and an available day, and they're booked. No account to create, no app to download. Even a same-day booking counts as a real appointment, not just a walk-in.

The form only asks for a name, phone number, doctor, and date, and only shows days that doctor actually has open.
Returning patients are recognized automatically by phone number; new patients get a lightweight guest record.
Confirming gives the patient a Queue ID, their position, an estimated wait, and a link to track it.
If a day is already full, the portal says so upfront instead of double-booking.
Anyone can check their live status anytime from a simple tracking link, no login needed.
